报告人简介：
kirill novoselov is associate professor of accounting at the nazarbayev university graduate school of business. kirill earned his phd in accounting from the university of texas at austin and worked for seven years as assistant professor at the hong kong university of science and technology, where he taught graduate and undergraduate courses in financial and managerial accounting. after graduating from moscow institute of electronics and mathematics in 1993, he worked in the insurance industry and earned his mba at the university of north dakota in 2001. he served in the soviet army in 1986–1988.
in his research, kirill uses the insights from microeconomics and decision analysis to solve practical problems in financial reporting, managerial accounting, and auditing. his principal areas of interest include corporate governance, internal organization, incentives and control in teamwork environments, and decision-making under radical uncertainty.
